ERA Advanced

Proven in competition.

A decade of pioneering work in electric motorsport — race-run, not theorised.

Race operations

From the garage to the grid

We run cars, not just build them. Race operations, trackside support and engineering cover across a season — the same team that designs the hardware is on the pitwall when it runs.

Special projects

The work others turn down

Unconventional engineering problems where the answer does not already exist.

One-off builds

Vehicles and systems with no precedent and no off-the-shelf answer.

Demonstrators

Technology showcases built to be driven, not just displayed.

Research programmes

Engineering support for applied research where hardware must work.

ERA Racing School

ERA Racing School is an independent company and our closest partner — we do not own or operate it. It runs its own cars and instructors, and it is currently the only place where the public can drive our cars. Coaching is on real cars and simulators, underpinned by the same telemetry approach we use in competition: sessions logged, analysed and debriefed with data rather than opinion.

Xavier Maassen

Xavier is a racedriver competing in the biggest GT and 24-hour races in the world, and an instructor at ERA Racing School. Endurance racing is his specialism — the discipline where consistency, tyre management and reading a car over a long run matter most, which is exactly what a developing driver needs coaching on.

Coaching from someone still competing at that level is grounded in current practice rather than recollection, and it pairs directly with the telemetry: what a driver is told in the debrief is visible in the data.

Simulation

Sim and real, one data model

Our simulator rigs run the same telemetry pipeline as the cars, so what a driver learns in the sim transfers directly to the track — and what happens on track can be replayed in the sim.
