In short
This website sets no cookies and sends nothing to anyone else unless you accept optional analytics — and it asks first. It embeds no third-party content and has no forms. Decline, and reading these pages discloses nothing about you. The only personal data we hold either way is what you choose to send us by email.
Who we are
This website is operated under the ERA Advanced name by Evodays BV, which is the controller of any personal data described here. You can reach us at info@era-advanced.com.

What this website collects
Nothing, unless you let it. The site is a set of static pages that loads every image, stylesheet and font from our own domain. Until you answer the consent banner, it sets no cookies, runs no analytics and makes no request to any other company — so simply reading these pages discloses nothing about you to a third party. What changes if you accept is described next.
Like any website, our hosting provider may record standard technical information when a page is served — such as the requesting IP address, the page requested and the time. This is used only to operate and secure the site, and is not used to build a profile of you or combined with anything else.
Analytics, if you accept them
We would like to know how many people visit and which pages get read, so we use Google Analytics 4 — but only with your consent, asked for in a banner on your first visit. Nothing is loaded from Google, and no cookie is set, until you click Accept. If you decline or ignore the banner, none of this happens at all.
If you do accept, Google receives your IP address, the pages you view and basic technical details such as your browser and approximate location, and sets two cookies so that repeat visits are not counted as new people. It also records a little of what you do on a page: how far down you scroll, and when you follow a link to another website. It does not record what you type, and there is nothing on this site to type into. Google acts as our processor and is in the United States, so this involves a transfer there under Google's standard contractual clauses. We have switched off every advertising feature, so this data is not used to profile you or to target ads.
Our lawful basis is your consent, and you can withdraw it at any time — as easily as you gave it — using the change your choice control on our cookies page. Withdrawing stops any further collection; it does not undo what was already collected. The full cookie list is on that page.
If you email us
There is no form on this site, so the only way to contact us from it is by email. If you do, we hold your email address, your name if you give it, and the contents of your message, so that we can reply and keep a record of our correspondence.
Our lawful basis is legitimate interest — responding to someone who has contacted us — or the steps necessary to enter into a contract, where your enquiry concerns working together. We keep enquiry correspondence only as long as it is useful for that relationship, and delete it when it is not.
Who we share it with
We do not sell personal data and we do not share it for marketing. We use ordinary service providers to run the business — email and cloud hosting — who process data on our instructions under contract. We may disclose information where the law requires it.
Links to other sites
Some pages link to sites we do not control, including Apex Insights, ERA Racing School and our social profiles. Those links are ordinary links — nothing is loaded from those sites while you are here — but once you follow one, that site's own privacy policy applies.
Your rights
Under the GDPR you can ask us for a copy of the personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct it or delete it, ask us to restrict how we use it, object to our use of it, and ask for it in a portable form. Email info@era-advanced.com and we will respond within one month.
If you are not satisfied with how we have handled your data, you can complain to the Belgian Data Protection Authority (Gegevensbeschermingsautoriteit / Autorité de protection des données), or to the supervisory authority where you live.
Changes
If we change what this site does — for example by adding analytics or a contact form — we will update this page and change the date at the top before doing so.
